Perched on the top floor of the iconic Excelsior Hotel Gallia, an art deco landmark adjacent to Milan’s Stazione Centrale, Terrazza Gallia Bar & Restaurant offers a panoramic perspective of the city’s skyline. The setting is exclusive yet relaxed, with an outdoor terrace that captures the essence of Milanese glamour. During summer, the Terrazza Gallia Summer Club brings Veuve Clicquot, signature cocktails, and DJ sets from Tuesday to Thursday, blending gourmet flavours with a vibrant atmosphere.

The Kitchen Team

The culinary direction is led by Executive Chef Vincenzo Lebano, a Campanian who brings a passion for Mediterranean flavours to the heart of Milan. His cuisine balances the soul of the South with Lombard traditions, creating an authentic yet contemporary experience. Chef de Cuisine Andrea Calia Di Dio, influenced by his painter father’s aesthetics and his grandmother’s genuine cooking, crafts dishes where colours and aromas converge into memorable sensory plates. Pastry Chef Francesco Gramuglia, with over a decade of experience, designs desserts that marry tradition and innovation. Wine Cellar and Private Experiences

The wine cellar, overseen by Head Sommelier Paolo Porfidio, offers an extensive selection spanning all Italian regions, France, and key wine-producing areas, with a focus on Champagne, sparkling wines, and small producers. Guests can book a guided wine tasting in the atmospheric cellar, or join a cooking class with Chef Lebano, learning to prepare classics like risotto alla milanese, ossobuco, or tiramisù. The cellar also serves as a unique venue for private dinners and events.
