The story
In the heart of the Langhe, in Monforte d'Alba, Trattoria della Posta is the vision of chef and owner Gianfranco Massolino. The restaurant has found a new home in a restored countryside house, a space Massolino has furnished himself to evoke the warmth and charm of old Piedmont in a setting that is both elegant and welcoming.
