Over the years, she continued to learn – from courses with Silvia Cappellazzo, a foundation course at Dieffe Accademia delle Professioni, an advanced course with the legendary Gualtiero Marchesi, and a vegetable-focused course with Simone Salvini. That training, combined with her intuition and talent, shapes the Venetian seafood cuisine at FraSe.
The menu changes with the seasons and the market, always anchored in the flavours of the Veneto region. While the restaurant does not publish a fixed menu online, the emphasis is on fresh, high-quality ingredients, prepared simply and with care. Cicchetti, the classic Venetian bar snacks, are a staple.
Francesco curates the enoteca, and the wine list is taken seriously. Guests can enjoy a glass with their meal or purchase bottles to take home – all the wines on the list are available for retail. This dual role as osteria and wine shop makes FraSe a destination for both diners and wine lovers.
