At the heart of Da Odino are siblings Valentina and Luca, who bring their distinct talents to the kitchen. Valentina, a chef who has trained alongside Michelin-starred masters, blends technical skill with creativity, giving a fresh, contemporary spin to the family's classic recipes. Luca complements her with energy and experience, together crafting dishes rooted in the finest local ingredients. The dining room is equally personal: Barbara, Valentina’s sister, and their mother Antonella—a certified AIS sommelier—greet guests with genuine warmth, while father Mauro often stops by for a chat. Their philosophy is simple: quality ingredients, cooked with passion, served with sincere hospitality.

The menu is a celebration of the Veneto region, with a strong emphasis on fresh seafood. Starters like the Carpaccio di Branzino with olive oil and lemon-pepper spheres, or the warm Insalata Estiva Tiepida di Mare, set the tone. Primi courses showcase hand-made pasta, such as the Tagliatelle con Scampi e Crema di Piselli e Zenzero and the Risotto con Mazzancolle e Fiori di Zucca. For a main, the Tentacolo di Piovra Scottata with a caponatina of eggplant or the Rombo Scottato alle Erbette Fini with a Mediterranean sauce are standouts.
