The story
Fiorfiore sits among the hills of Todi and the Monti Martani, looking out over vineyards, olive groves, and the medieval skyline of Todi. The summer terrace makes the most of this landscape, offering a setting that feels both secluded and connected to the region.
Founded in 2006, the restaurant has always aimed for authentic culinary experiences. Today, the kitchen works with ingredients from the restaurant’s own farming business and from local producers, striking a balance between tradition and contemporaneity. This approach defines Fiorfiore’s modern Umbrian cuisine — rooted in the territory but not bound by it. The menu changes with the seasons, drawing on what the land provides.
The wine list is carefully curated, with a focus on Umbrian labels and artisanal producers. The dining room is air-conditioned and spacious, and there is ample parking, making the hillside location easy to reach. Outdoor seating on the terrace is available during warmer months, and the restaurant also hosts events.
Earning a Michelin Recommended distinction for 2026, Fiorfiore is recognized for its consistent quality and its ability to let the Umbrian landscape and its ingredients speak for themselves. It is a place for those who appreciate fine dining without pretense, where the view is as considered as the plate.
