Shang Qing Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant opened in 2009. "Shang Qing" is the transliteration of the Minnan dialect, which means the freshest. The owner has lived by the sea since he was a child and loves fishing. Because of his understanding and love of seafood, he delivers seafood directly from his own fishing boat to the table, using the Minnan cooking method to highlight the original freshness of the seafood and retain its delicious taste.
