Located on the second floor of The Peninsula Tokyo, the restaurant offers a refined dining experience that draws from the culinary heritage of its acclaimed sister restaurant, Spring Moon, a Michelin-starred venue at The Peninsula Hong Kong.

The setting itself is distinctive. Designed around the theme of a classical Suzhou garden from Jiangsu Province, China, the space provides a serene and elegant atmosphere. Adjacent to the Imperial Palace Outer Garden, the restaurant offers a sense of tranquility in the heart of the city.

Handcrafted Dim Sum and Seasonal Ingredients

The menu emphasizes tradition and quality. During lunch, the dim sum chef meticulously handcrafts each piece, presenting them beautifully in bamboo steamers. For dinner, the focus shifts to the finest seasonal ingredients, including fresh fish delivered directly from the fishing port and an abundance of seasonal vegetables.
