Concept

The kitchen builds each meal around the day's best ingredients, with a menu that shifts with the seasons. Dinner is entirely à la carte, letting guests choose freely from what looks good that evening. Lunch takes the form of a seasonal omakase course, a set menu crafted to highlight what is freshest.

Lunch and Dinner

Lunch service starts at 12:00 or 12:30 by reservation. The seasonal course, priced from 14,000 yen (including dessert and coffee), is approachable even for families with children. Dinner runs from 18:00 until last entry at 23:00. Guests can order dishes one by one, discussing preferences with the staff, or request the same seasonal course as lunch. The flexibility is intentional – no fixed tasting menus, no pressure.

Wine

The wine list reaches beyond Italy to France and other countries. It is curated to match the kitchen's seasonal, ingredient-driven style, offering bottles that complement rather than compete.
