The story
In the historic Nihombashi district of Tokyo, Pont d'Or Inno connects tradition with contemporary creativity. The restaurant carries forward the vision of chef Asahi Inoue, crafting a space where "rich, creative cuisine" meets an atmosphere of quiet elegance. Chef Ken Yuhara now leads the kitchen, bringing his own interpretation to the French foundation.
The menu offers a choice of French course dinners and lunches, as well as a dedicated teppanyaki experience. The teppanyaki counter, available in a private room, allows guests to watch the cooking up close — a more intimate, theatrical side to the meal. The restaurant also offers takeaway options.
The interior is designed for comfort and calm, with counter dining and table seating. Air conditioning and regular ventilation, including the use of air purifiers, ensure a pleasant environment. A smart casual dress code is observed, and guests are asked to refrain from strong fragrances.
Pont d'Or Inno’s commitment to quality service was recognized with a Michelin Service Award in the 2024 Tokyo guide, and the restaurant continues to hold a Michelin Recommended distinction for 2026. This recognition underscores the team's dedication to both the food and the guest experience.
Located on the first floor of the YUITO building, just steps from Mitsukoshimae Station, the restaurant is easily accessible. It is part of the Chez Inno group, a name associated with French dining in Tokyo.
