Perched on Monte San Pedro, Árbore da Veira commands a panorama of the Atlantic that frames every meal. Chef Luis Veira’s kitchen is guided by the sea and the seasons, proposing a game of flavours and sensations with fresh, local produce as the protagonist. The restaurant earned a Michelin star for this precise, ingredient-led cooking.

Tasting menus built around the day’s catch

The experience revolves around three degustation menus. The Semente (€65) offers snacks, five dishes, two desserts and petit fours. The Raíces (€80) expands to eight dishes, and the Árbore (€95) reaches twelve dishes with three desserts. Each is a progression through the Galician larder, from the coast to the land. Wine pairings are available at five, eight, or twelve glasses, drawn from a cellar of 250 references refreshed every quarter.

A la carte and the essential details

For those who prefer to choose, the a la carte menu begins with starters like Huevo con patatas al tomillo, jamón, cigala y trufa or Cocochas de bacalao al pil pil con guisantes, buey de mar y trufa. From the sea, Merluza do Celeiro a 79º con guisantes a la gallega is a signature, while the land offers Solomillo con arroz del señorito y jugo de Oporto. Desserts include a classic Milhoja de crema de vainilla de Tahití and Chocolate, cereza y miso.

Árbore da Veira also caters private events and weddings, and offers a gift box experience that can be configured with any of the tasting menus (except Semente) – a taste of the Atlantic sent to a doorstep.
