The story
Suto brings Japanese cuisine to Barcelona’s Les Corts district, where the cooking unfolds in full view from a counter. The set-up is intimate – just a handful of seats facing the kitchen – and the attention is entirely on the food.
The restaurant holds a Michelin star, awarded for high quality cooking. The menu changes regularly, reflecting seasonal ingredients and precise technique. Diners choose from a selection of menus, each built around the day’s best produce.
The atmosphere is calm and direct. With air conditioning and a counter-only layout, every guest has a front-row view of the chefs at work. Service is discreet, letting the dishes speak for themselves.
Suto is open for lunch Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and for dinner Tuesday through Friday. Closed Sunday and Monday.
