The story
In the heart of Burgos, Ricardo Temiño Restaurante is the chef’s own dining room — the place where he shows his personality through a cuisine built on product and technique. Part of the La Fábrica group, this intimate space offers modern cuisine that draws from traditions while looking outward.
The tasting experience is called “Camino” — a path designed as a crossroads. Here, different techniques and products brought from around the world generate an experience worth travelling. Two formats are offered: Camino Corto (16 steps) and Camino Largo (19 steps), both allowing guests to follow the chef’s creative narrative at their own pace.
The commitment to product, precision, and a personal point of view has earned Ricardo Temiño a Michelin One Star — a recognition of high-quality cooking that feels both grounded and exploratory. The wine list, too, is carefully selected to complement each course.
The restaurant’s location on Calle San Juan places it in the historic centre of Burgos, yet the atmosphere is contemporary and welcoming. It is a space for those who appreciate a chef-driven kitchen, where every plate reflects a clear identity — and where the journey is as important as the destination.
