The story
At Crocodiles, chefs Estelle & Aurelio have created a space where classic gastronomy meets the spirit of travel. Their philosophy is one of "décomplexée" cuisine – unpretentious in both the dining room and on the plate, yet deeply thoughtful. The kitchen prioritises local products, treating each ingredient with respect to let its original flavour shine through, resulting in dishes that are both bold and refined.
The menu changes with the seasons, offering a lunch menu at 22€ and a "Dîner Découverte" in the evening – a six-course journey through two starters, fish, meat, pre-dessert, and dessert (60€), with an optional wine pairing. Standout à la carte options include a Pastrami 3.0 with cabbage and peanuts, a delicate Maigre with tarama and jalapeño, and a Cochon de lait with courgette and romesco.
The setting is intimate and warm, with a sunny terrace for outdoor seating. This commitment to a genuine, high-quality experience has earned Crocodiles a Michelin Recommendation for 2026. It’s a place for a relaxed, flavour-driven meal that feels both inventive and grounded.
