The story
Óseo is the new personal project of young chef David Morillas, located on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca. After spending the last seven years training and working in prestigious establishments across Spain, Morillas has returned to his hometown with a singular vision: to offer a fresh gastronomic proposal on the island.
The restaurant represents a cuisine that is sensitive, respectful, and layered with meaning. It is a style tied to evolution, guided by the product, its seasonality, and precise technique. This approach has already earned Óseo a Michelin Recommended distinction, placing it among the noteworthy dining destinations in the Balearics.
The atmosphere reflects the chef’s philosophy—unpretentious yet deliberate, allowing the ingredients to speak. The kitchen focuses on modern Mediterranean cuisine, drawing from the rich larder of the island while applying contemporary methods. Diners can expect a menu that changes with the seasons, built on the foundation of exceptional local produce.
Located at Plaça Pare Antoni Ramon Pasqual number 9 in Es Secar de la Real, just a minute from the bus stop, Óseo is open Thursday through Saturday for lunch and dinner. It is a place where the chef’s years of experience and deep connection to Mallorca converge into a deeply personal and compelling culinary statement.
