A Family Tradition Since 1976

Restaurant Garbí has been a family-run establishment in Castellar del Vallès since 1976. Located in a quiet area shaped by both industry and agricultural traditions—including the Ganxet bean from local producer Can Casamada—the restaurant remains rooted in the Vallès Occidental landscape.

Seasonal Catalan Cooking with Classics

The kitchen works with seasonal, locally sourced produce, while keeping a selection of traditional dishes they call "Els clàssics de sempre" (the classics of always). There is no strict culinary dogma here; the focus is on quality and personality, with daily menus designed to be accessible to everyone. Garbí is also a member of the Cuina Vallès collective, which connects local restaurants committed to the region's gastronomic heritage.

A Warm, Intimate Dining Room

The single dining room seats 45 guests in a warm, familiar atmosphere. Whether for a couple, a family, or a group of friends, the space is designed to feel comfortable and welcoming. The wine list is kept at a controlled temperature and features bottles from various Denominations of Origin, carefully selected to complement the menu.

Bib Gourmand Recognition

Garbí’s consistent quality and excellent value have earned it a Michelin Bib Gourmand. The award reflects the restaurant’s ability to deliver good-quality cooking at a reasonable price—a fitting tribute to a kitchen that has been serving its community with integrity for nearly five decades.
