Tosca is the creation of two men: philanthropist Jean-Jacques Ghelfi and painter-sculptor Marco Borgianni. The space itself is a gallery of Italian artistry, with Murano glass, Florentine fabrics from Gucci and Pucci, and a reinterpretation of da Vinci’s “Leda and the Swan” on the ceiling. The restaurant’s name is a nod to Puccini’s opera, and the dining experience carries that same sense of drama and passion.

The Tosca tasting menu, presented in five acts, is a seasonal journey best experienced at the Chef’s Table, where guests watch the brigade work behind a glass wall. For a lighter option, the four-course “Rondine” menu highlights emblematic recipes, while the vegetarian “Madama Butterfly” offers a plant-based alternative. The wine list, like the rest of the experience, is carefully curated to complement the Tuscan flavours.
