Distinct Kitchens and Menu Highlights

The Stella Maris Stube presents a light kitchen characterized by innovation and finesse, accommodating up to sixty guests in a dignified setting. The Klostertaverne contrasts with rustic appeal, focusing on established classics of Swiss cooking enriched by seasonal creations. Menu selections range from tartare variations and delicate fish courses to robust options such as Cordon bleu and sausage cheese salad. This balance ensures the kitchen addresses both contemporary palates and traditional expectations.
