Chef Alberto’s path is rooted in discipline. Born in Italy, he started in kitchens at 14, moved to London to join Novikov Mayfair, and later spent two years at three-MICHELIN-starred Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. Now, at just 26, he leads the kitchen in Abu Dhabi, bringing a style that is both exacting and expressive. Signature dishes include the Lobster Linguini, Pizza Tartufo, and King Crab Salad — each a hallmark of the Novikov experience.
The restaurant offers diverse spaces to match any occasion. Dine in the vibrant open kitchen, in an intimate private room, or on the terrace with views over the water. The atmosphere shifts from a lively bar lounge with resident DJs to evenings accompanied by live piano music. A business lunch menu is available weekdays.
Seasonal events anchor the calendar. The monthly Giro d'Italia explores Italy’s regional cuisine, one ingredient at a time — June highlights Campania with courgette and courgette flowers.
