The story
Trèsind, whose name blends the French word for "very" with "Ind" for Indian, has been setting the benchmark for modern Indian dining in Dubai since 2014. Located within the One&Only Royal Mirage, Arabian Court, this restaurant is where chefs Himanshu Saini and Mohammad Zeeshan apply a modernist lens to time-honored Indian techniques and bold flavors. The result is a cuisine that is both deeply rooted in tradition and strikingly contemporary.
Trèsind was recognized in the inaugural Dubai MICHELIN Guide in 2022 and has retained its Recommended status through 2026. It has also received a Toque at the Gault & Millau UAE Gala 2025 and a place on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2022.
The restaurant offers a range of settings: air-conditioned indoor dining, outdoor seating, and private rooms for catered events. Valet parking and wheelchair access are available. The kitchen’s modernist approach means familiar Indian dishes are deconstructed and reimagined, with an emphasis on presentation and precision. A business lunch is served daily, with exceptions during Eid holidays. The elegant setting within the Arabian Court complements the refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
