Executive Chef Hywel Jones has held a Michelin Star for 20 consecutive years, a testament to the consistency and quality of his cooking. His restaurant, set within the majestic Lucknam Park estate near Bath, reopened after a complete luxury refurbishment, offering a refined and innovative dining experience.

The cuisine is Modern British, with each dish telling a story of the country’s rich culinary heritage, executed with contemporary flair. The tasting menus change with the seasons, and a dedicated vegetarian tasting menu is also available. Guests can choose from a sample seasonal tasting menu, a vegetarian tasting menu, or a four-course menu.

The setting mirrors the elegance of the surrounding parkland. The restaurant is open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, with pre-dinner drinks from 5.30pm. The dress code is smart casual, and children under five are not permitted in the main dining room. Larger parties of ten or more are hosted in a private dining room.
