The space itself tells the story: the main dining room draws inspiration from the Keying, a mid-19th-century trade ship that connected China and Britain. Displays of Cantonese porcelain and a magnificent backlit ceiling panel depicting a celestial navigation map set the scene. Low-lit tables and intimate private booths gather around a carved, dual-aspect fireplace shared with an adjacent tea lounge.

The menu is a refined take on Cantonese cuisine, with many dishes finished tableside. The kitchen’s approach is innovative, respecting tradition while introducing fresh perspectives.
