The story
On Grosvenor Square in Mayfair, Lucky Cat brings Gordon Ramsay’s take on Asian-inspired dining to London. The restaurant is open for lunch, dinner and late-night cocktails throughout the week, with a dedicated bar and a Chef’s Table counter for those who want a closer view of the action.
The menu is built around sharing. Asian-inspired small plates, robata-grilled dishes, sushi and sashimi are prepared in the open kitchen and at the signature raw bar. Gordon Ramsay and the executive head chef have designed each plate to sit at the centre of the table, encouraging a communal, convivial atmosphere. Vegan and vegetarian options are available, and the drinks list – including a notable sake selection – complements the cooking.
For a more immersive experience, the Chef’s Table accommodates up to ten guests at a bespoke counter inside the kitchen. The menu there showcases pan-Asian flavours, with a choice of Classic or Connoisseur wine pairings selected to match each course. It is available for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and for lunch Wednesday to Saturday.
Lucky Cat also offers a full roster of dining options beyond the main à la carte: express lunch, weekend brunch, afternoon tea, and a separate bar menu. Private dining rooms and group bookings are available for parties of thirteen or more.
The restaurant earned a Michelin Recommended nod for 2026, recognition of the precision and creativity that define this Mayfair address. Whether you come for a full evening at the Chef’s Table or a quick plate from the raw bar, the cooking here is polished and purposeful.
