Here, the traditional Greek table is revived and reinterpreted with a modern twist — a vision that has earned Mazi a place among Michelin Recommended restaurants in London.

The kitchen draws inspiration from childhood memories and regional traditions across Greece, from the Aegean islands to the Peloponnese. Dishes stay faithful to their origins in taste while playing with texture and presentation. Seasonal produce from sustainable sources drives a menu that changes with the year. Signature plates include grilled octopus with fava and onion chutney, and a wild cod with Conwy mussels and charred greens fricassé. The gluten-free menu features a black truffle chicken hunkar begendi, while a dedicated vegan menu offers options such as smoked aubergine with tahini and thyme honey, and asparagus with morels and wild garlic.

Alongside the a la carte menu, a lunch set and a drinks menu round out the offering. The restaurant has also published a cookbook, Mazi, co-authored by Christina Mouratoglou and Adrien Carré, which brings the restaurant’s innovative Greek cuisine — from spicy tiropita to loukoumades — into home kitchens.
