The story
Naïfs opened in October 2019, the creation of partners Anne and Tom. They describe it as a fiercely independent, quirky little hidden gem – a labour of love and an ever-evolving hospitality project. The restaurant has earned a Michelin Recommended nod for 2026, a recognition that fits its quiet confidence.
The menu is fully à la carte, with an 'all in' option for food and lunchtime specials. Walk-ins are welcome, but booking is recommended to secure a table. The kitchen is small, so the team appreciates knowing about dietary requirements in advance. The restaurant is known for catering to vegan and vegetarian preferences, with a menu that adapts to what’s available.
The drinks menu focuses on natural ciders and wines, alongside cocktails and specialty teas. Happy hour runs on Fridays and Saturdays from 4pm to 6pm, adding a relaxed start to the evening.
Dinner service runs Thursday through Saturday, with Saturday lunch from 12pm to 2.15pm. There’s outdoor seating for warmer days, and the venue is wheelchair accessible. Naïfs is a space that feels personal, shaped by the hands that run it.
