The story
Pavyllon London brings the vision of renowned French chef Yannick Alléno to the heart of Mayfair. Located within the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, the restaurant earned a Michelin star within six months of opening and has retained it ever since—a testament to its consistent excellence. Chef Alléno, who holds 18 Michelin stars across his international restaurants, has built a reputation for modernising the foundations of French cuisine through experimentation and audacity. At Pavyllon London, he and Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra y Castell translate that philosophy into an experience that is both refined and welcoming.
The kitchen is the centrepiece of the restaurant. An open, live kitchen surrounds expansive counter-top seating, turning meal preparation into a daily performance. The menu draws inspiration from seasonal British produce and global gastronomic traditions, with techniques that range from a Teppanyaki grill to Nordic and Italian influences. The result is modern French cuisine that is technically precise, creative, and deliberately unpretentious. Whether you come for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the broad menu is designed to gratify every guest.
Beyond the main dining room, the restaurant offers an elegant private dining space and an expansive al fresco terrace. Bar Antoine acts as the vibrant heart of the experience, serving cocktails and comfort food alongside a lineup of emerging DJs. The bar’s cocktail programme, Savoir-Boire, reimagines French drinking culture by transforming familiar culinary references into playful, refined serves. Head sommelier Andrea Strocchio champions wine exploration, with twenty or more wines available by the glass.
The space itself, designed by Chahan Minassian, weaves together architectural, artistic, and textural nuances that embrace guests without pretence. Pavyllon London is a place where high-quality French cooking meets genuine conviviality—a Michelin-starred restaurant that feels like a local gathering spot.
